Rock habits group coaching is for two groups of people - The first group is for early stage startup founders and CEOs who want to begin incorporating the rock habits and scaling up methodologies into their companies foundation - but might not be fully funded or have the resources to invest in an implementation program.
The second group is for members of leadership teams who belong to a full implementation program, and who want to engage in a facilitated mastermind group focused on rock habits implementation. This provides cross-industry perspective and allows more advanced members to share insights with newer members - thus solidifying the insights previously learned.
A rock habits coaching group meets virtually twice per month for one hour sessions. Members submit their topic requests via a VIP Basecamp share by the group, and the facilitator incorporates these topic request along with educational content based on what stage the members are at currently.
